Post regularly, inside your rules
Set your rules once. Every draft is checked against them, and nothing goes out without approval.
What your compliance team will ask
Can AI publish on its own?
No. Every post needs a person's approval first.
Who can approve?
You choose the people in your account who may approve.
Is there a record?
Yes. Each approval is recorded with the exact text approved, so a post can't change after sign-off.
Can a post change after approval?
No. Edit it and it needs approving again.
What do the rule checks do?
They test each draft against the rules you set, such as words to avoid or disclosures to include, and show you what they found.
Do they replace our compliance team?
No. They are automated checks, not lawyers or legal advice. Your people still decide.
Where do the facts in a draft come from?
From the sources you follow. Drafts link back to them.
Can we set different rules per network?
Yes. Have one general set, plus separate rules for each network.
