I'm a green/YELLOW/turquoise engineer working for COSMO Consult, a Microsoft Gold Partner.
The subject matters I worked on range from air traffic control to aircraft to weapon systems to medical systems to health insurance to logistics to marketing, to ERP software, to change and transformation.

Everywhere I go, my mission is to create real excellence. I lead organizations so they are successful. My people add value and reach goals. 

After 7 years as a hardcore SOPHIST I joined Deutsche Post DHL where I successfully combined the functions of business analysis, requirements management, and project management. I built world-class teams, brought highly iterative approaches to a waterfall-world, and saved substantial money through successful quality assurance. 
In 2009 the offer of a subsidiary lured me into a new realm. There I first led a group of analysts, architects and project managers. Thes I assumed responsibility for all product development. 
In 2015 I left for Haufe-Lexware, where I was the Unit Manager Requirements Engineering. While this was a great environment for me I chose to leave business unfinished to return to my hometown, where I joined the COSMO Group. There, I help with culture change and transformation.
What excites me about leadership? The people around me. About change? Excellence and quick, tangible results.
Privately, I love watching, coaching and playing American Football and its variations. I'm the Head Coach of a 13U Flag Football team of adorable kids.
